- Cancellations for subscription services will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of the subscription purchase. If any content has already been accessed or downloaded, the cancellation request may not be entertained.
- If you encounter any issues with the content or experience technical difficulties, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days. We will review your case and, if valid, take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
- If you feel that the course or service received does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of purchase. We will review your feedback and decide on a possible refund or course correction.
- Any complaints regarding services that come with a warranty from third-party providers should be directed to them as per their terms and conditions.
In case of any refunds approved by FrontendWorld, it may take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer.
